Kennel Attendants

Kennel Manager: Hi, I'm Lea. I have been employed here at Petsburgh since 2011. I have worked here as a bather, Customer Service Representative, and currently manage our kennel team and assist our office manager. I am currently working towards my Psychology degree in hopes to one day become a therapist. I enjoy working here and look forward to seeing all of your pets that come to stay with us!

Nichole: Hi! I am a 2nd year Purdue Vet Nursing Student. I also work a part-time job as a veterinary assistant. I have two black cats: Spooky and Shadow.

Emma: Hi, I'm Emma. I am a second year veterinary nursing student at Purdue University. I have two cats, Theodore and Hazel back at home. I love working with all kinds of animals.

Jordan: I love to read, and I love animals just as much! At home, I have an orange longhaired cat named Link and a miniature American Eskimo dog named Luna.

Kaidence: I'm a Junior at Harrison High School and I help manage wrestling and track. I'm also apart of the FFA program. I was in 4-H for 6 years showing goats and sheep. I just got a new horse to train and I want to go to school to be a veterinarian. I like to spend time with my friends and family, go camping and ride horses. I like to spend time with my dogs, learn new things and make new friends.

Cassidy: Hi! My name is Cassidy. I graduated from Purdue University where I majored in Brain and Behavioral Science as well as Law and Society. Ever since I was little I have been around animals and love to be around them. I am currently raising a 5 month old Pembroke Welsh Corgi whose name is Jinhai.

Isabelle: I am working towards my associates degree in psychology at Ivy Tech, and I am hoping to transfer to Purdue in two years. I have always loved animals and I currently have three pups. Working with animals makes my day!

Elisabeth: Hey! I used to volunteer at my local animal shelter, and now I get to take care of animals for my job! I love picnics, hiking, and my sweet Goldendoodle .

Hi, I'm Mackenna and I have three cats. Fred, Rory, and LIttle Man. I have always had a love for animals and am excited to meet all of yours!

Kara: Hi, My name is Kara and I've always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. I love working with animals. I currently have one Golden Retriever named Koda! I'm a senior in high school and taking courses such as animal science, biology and zoology.

Day Play Crew

Taylor: Hello! I have been at Petsburgh caring for your pets for many years. I worked as a Kennel Attendant from 2019 -2020, then as a Vet Assistant from 2020-2021, and now starting off the new year as the Day Play Manager. I'm excited to start this new position and meet all your playful puppies! At home, I have three dogs, Ava, Mowgli, and Nova. Outside of work, I like to travel to new places, spend time with my friends and family, try new restaurants, and relax. Petsburgh is a great place to bring your pets. We have an excellent staff who are well trained and very friendly. I hope to see your pets in Day Play and throughout the facility!

Erin: At home, I have one lovely pet, a 15 year old cat named Shatter. I love working with animals because it makes me happy to play with them everyday!

Hello, My name is Ashlyn and I am a senior at Purdue University majoring in Animal Sciences. I have always loved being around animals and this job is a great way to continue to do that!

Hi, My name is Regan. I attend Purdue University. I am majoring in Criminology and minoring in forensic science. I have an adorable black lab at home. Petsburgh is a great facility and I always look forward to coming into work and seeing all of the wonderful dogs. Petsburgh is definitely the place to bring your puppy!

Zach: I was born in Home Hospital and have lived in Lafayette my whole life. I love all animals and your best friend is no exception. I grew up with two dogs and currently call my two year old pitbull my best friend.
